ICR ~ Our Approach 

The process adopted by ICR in devising and implementing systematic waste cost reductions for industrial clients is outlined below.  From the initial site meeting and data review phases ICR are able to determine the likely  potential savings that could be generated for the site. If the client then wishes to proceed with the project a detailed proposal is prepared including an implementation plan, key measures and proposed contract arrangements. Implementation is then progressed with regular reporting of progress using agreed key measures of performance.
